Yes. The capsule shell is made from HPMC (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), which is of plant origin and suitable for vegetarians.

How to take it
Take one capsule per day with a meal and a full glass of water (at least 200 ml). You can take it in the morning, at lunchtime or in the evening - whichever is easiest to build into a consistent habit.
Simply continue with your next scheduled dose. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one. Consistency over time is more important than any single day.

You pay on delivery - cash or card - when the courier arrives. There is no online payment and no prepayment required at any stage.
Yes - you can cancel at any time before the parcel is dispatched, free of charge, by letting our team know during the confirmation call or by contacting us via the Contact page. If the parcel has already been dispatched, you may also decline it at the door.
Yes - you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an unopened pack. Note that opened food supplements cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (in accordance with UK consumer law). See our Return Policy for full instructions.
