1. Right of withdrawal - 14 days

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

2. Condition of returned goods

To be eligible for a return, the pack must be unopened and in its original sealed condition. Opened food supplements cannot be returned for hygiene reasons - this is a lawful exception under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (Regulation 28(3)(b)). Please inspect the packaging before opening if you have any doubts.

3. How to return

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt, stating your name, order details and that you wish to return the item.
  2. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Send the pack to the address provided using a tracked service.

4. Return postage costs

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent, the cost of return postage is borne by the customer.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. As payment was made on delivery (cash or card to the courier), refunds are issued by bank transfer or by the same payment method where technically possible.

6. Cancellation before dispatch

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before dispatch by informing our team during the telephone confirmation call, or by contacting us via the Contact page. No charge applies in this case.

7. Declining delivery (COD)

As this is a cash-on-delivery order, you are entitled to decline the parcel at the door. In this case, the order is automatically cancelled and no payment is taken.

8. Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or incorrectly sent item, we will arrange collection and provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
