These Terms govern your use of svetlozarkostadinov.bg and any purchase of VivoNord Natural Caps from SVETLOZAR KOSTADINOV ("we", "us", "our"), a Bulgarian sole trader.

1. Acceptable use

You may use this website for lawful personal purposes only. You must not: misuse, copy or distribute any content without permission; attempt to gain unauthorised access; or use the site in any way that could harm us or others.

2. Ordering and sale

How to order: Submit your name and phone number via the order form. This constitutes a request, not a binding contract. Our team will call you to confirm availability and your delivery details. The contract of sale is formed when we confirm your order by telephone.

Prices: Prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. The price applicable is the price displayed at the time of your order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Payment: Payment is made in full upon delivery - by cash or card to the courier. No payment is taken online at any point.

Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched by notifying us during the confirmation call or via our Contact page.

3. Limitation of liability

VivoNord Natural Caps is a food supplement, not a medicine. Information on this website does not constitute medical advice. We are not liable for any outcome arising from use of the product beyond what is required by law. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the price paid for the product.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website - text, images, design - is owned by or licensed to SVETLOZAR KOSTADINOV. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written consent.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt without giving any reason (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Opened food supplements are exempt from the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons. See our Return Policy for full details.

6. Disputes

We aim to resolve any complaint within 14 working days. If a dispute cannot be resolved, you may refer it to an alternative dispute resolution body or to the courts of England and Wales.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
